Because most of our lives are driven by our beliefs and perceptions, which are deeply rooted long time repeated thinking patterns and many times it seems hard to achieve something just because we easily don't believe that it's possible, or our current perception can't accept the idea that we deserve a change. Therefore, if we start consistently installing into our mind the beliefs which would support the change we wish to see, the actual changes will become much easier and more beneficial.
This kind of meditation I'm doing when it comes to changing my beliefs and it made a huge difference in my life 🙏🏻
For this meditation is required to be in a sitting position with the correct straight spine posture. This will allow you to be relaxed yet alert and help keep your energy channels open and flowing. Ensure your hips are higher than your knees and there is a slight forward tilt in the pelvis. We recommend you to use a cushion or block to sit up.
