The universe removes what blocks you… even when you call it ‘loss.’

Sometimes something leaves your life and it feels like everything is falling apart. A relationship ends, a job shifts, a plan collapses, and your mind rushes to blame, fear, or confusion. But so often, what feels like loss is really life clearing a path you couldn’t clear on your own. The universe sees what you can’t yet see—the energies that drain you, the patterns that limit you, the situations that would keep you from growing into your next chapter. So when something falls away, it isn’t punishment. It’s protection. It’s redirection. It’s the universe saying, “You’re meant for more than this.”

When this happens, there are a few things that help you trust the process:

Pause before reacting, even for a moment; your nervous system needs space to adjust.

Ask yourself, “What could this be making room for?” instead of “Why is this happening?”

Look for the ways you were already outgrowing the situation, even if you didn’t want to admit it.

And remind yourself: what is truly meant for your future will never require you to shrink to keep it.

I’d love to hear from you, have you ever had something leave your life and only later realized it was actually guiding you toward something better?

What helped you trust the process in that moment?

As Paulo Coelho said, “If you're brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello.”
