About the meditation:
This 8 MINUTES meditation will help you to awaken gratitude and appreciation for who you are and for what you already have. Being grateful and appreciative is a powerful state for creating greater experiences in our life, so the most powerful way to start and end our day is by being grateful. And because it's short, there's no excuses that you don't have time for it.
The purpose of this meditation is to overcome any victimised emotional state to the level of appreciation and joy for life, which can help us to be happier, more creative and in general to be kinder and better humans. Just imagine how your life would change if your environment would not be affecting your state, but rather your state of joy and appreciation would start affecting your environment.

For this meditation is required to be in a sitting position with the correct straight spine posture. This will allow you to be relaxed yet alert and help keep your energy channels open and flowing. Ensure your hips are higher than your knees and there is a slight forward tilt in the pelvis. We recommend you to use a cushion or block to sit up.
