We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Non-Refundable Shipping Cost Policy*
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers beyond our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will assess the situation and offer a fair resolution.
If you return a product within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price of the item, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Missing Orders
We want every order to reach you safely and on time. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 60 days of the shipping date so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee refunds or replacements for missing orders reported beyond this 60-day window. We kindly ask for your understanding, as extended delays limit our ability to locate or resolve lost packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund policy for merchandise products
We strive to ensure every product you order meets your expectations. However, due to the personalized nature of our merchandise, such as T-shirts and other custom items, we currently do not support returns or exchanges for size changes or preference adjustments.
For Size Adjustments: If you wish to order a different size, we offer the option to purchase a replacement T-shirt at a discounted rate. You would only need to cover the cost of shipping. Alternatively, you can place a new order at the full price.

Refund Policy for Unclaimed Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will notify the customer via email upon receipt of the return. If the customer does not respond within 30 days of the notification, the order will be considered abandoned. After this period, no refunds or replacements will be issued, and the items will no longer be available for retrieval.
