Despite the end of the de minimis exemption on Aug 29, 2025, we’ve found a solution! Domestic shipping is 11 EUR (=12,95 USD), with no extra costs ✨

2. All of our prints now come stretched on a wooden frame - previously, they were shipped as rolled canvases.

 

- Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. All of our stretched canvas prints are made to order to ensure each piece remains limited, unique, and produced with minimal physical stock.

- Shipping for both domestic and international orders, complete with a tracking number.

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We continually seek the most affordable and secure shipping options and regularly update our prices to reflect any changes.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Stretched canvas prints and original paintings are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.

- *Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
AttractPassion store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

⚠️ Please note: Some countries are known to impose particularly high import fees, which can sometimes equal or exceed the value of the product.

These countries include (but are not limited to):  Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey and Israel.**

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order, especially if shipping to one of the above-listed countries.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We do our best to ensure timely and reliable delivery. However, once a package has been shipped, delays caused by postal services are unfortunately beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@idrawmypassion.com within 60 days of the shipping date. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue or arrange a replacement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee refunds or replacements for missing orders reported beyond this 60-day window. We kindly ask for your understanding, as extended delays limit our ability to locate or resolve lost packages.

Non-Refundable Shipping Cost Policy
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers beyond our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will assess the situation and offer a fair resolution.

If you return a product within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price of the item, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
