This will allow you to be relaxed yet alert and help keep your energy channels open and flowing. Ensure your hips are higher than your knees and there is a slight forward tilt in the pelvis. Use a chair or cushion to sit up properly.
  3. Use Headphones (Optional) – For a more immersive experience, consider using headphones to fully absorb the frequency-raising elements and deepen your connection to your future self.
