Therefore, if we start consistently installing into our mind the beliefs which would support the change we wish to see, the actual changes will become much easier and more beneficial.
How to Prepare for This Change Your Beliefs & Perception Meditation
- Create Your Transformation Space – Choose a peaceful environment where you won't be disturbed. This meditation works best when you can focus completely on rewiring your belief systems without distractions.
- Perfect Your Posture – For this meditation, you must be in a sitting position with correct straight spine posture. This will allow you to be relaxed yet alert and help keep your energy channels open and flowing. Ensure your hips are higher than your knees and there is a slight forward tilt in the pelvis. We recommend using a cushion or block to sit up.
- Use Headphones (Optional) – For a more immersive experience, consider using headphones to block out distractions and deepen your connection to the belief transformation process.
- Keep a Journal Nearby – After the meditation, write down any insights about your old beliefs and the new ones you're installing. Track your progress as these new patterns take root.

I recommend starting with short, simple sessions. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably with a straight spine (this keeps energy flowing), and focus on your breath for just 5-10 minutes.
Consistency matters more than duration. If thoughts come, just notice them without judgment and return to your breath. Remember, meditation is a practice - be patient with yourself.
