When a balance between intellect and deeper knowing happens, harmony will be a byproduct.

When inner inspiration is followed by disciplined action, harmony will be a byproduct.

When the heart leads the way, but the brain organises these intuitive nudges into practical steps, harmony will be a byproduct.

When emotions feel heavy, but the brain decides to understand them anyway, rocks of intense heaviness will be released from the heart, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When you do what is right, and you continue doing it, the tree of conscious will will grow strong, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When the brain is overwhelmed but is grounded in a heart that knows better, the brain will feel safe to relax, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When the fire of the heart feels weak, but the trunk of lived life is firm, you will give an ear to your inner wisdom to hear and hold what was forgotten, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When the fire of the heart is strong, but your brain is confused due to a lack of direction or too many choices, you will return to your principles—what your past taught you-and from that reflection, new branches of clear decisions will grow, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When your drive to lead meets a call to rest, and they find a dancing play, sun and moon will align, and the byproduct will be harmony.

When your will to act is in communion with a will to feel, roots will find their place in the depths of the soul, and they will hold even the most rigid mind with the right amount of humbleness and compassion. Even the most rigid mind will then find the capacity to forgive, let go, and create new solutions. And if this is accomplished, the byproduct will be harmony.

And when none of this works, and the tree feels like it's dying, and the heart almost loses its beat, you must never forget that there is still a shadow under which someone can sit today, because of what you've endured as a mighty tree with a heart of the ancients. And knowing that will lead to harmony.

You might not feel like a tree with a fire in your heart, but that does not mean you are not one, and that it is not there. A tree is a symbol of a strong one, and the heart with fire is a symbol of the soul with passion to live. So please, return to who you are, and remember your roots. May whispers of depth return with more clarity than ever and remind you of what's in front of you. May your imagination awaken and dream a great dream. And may your body feel inspired again to turn that dream into a daily life, dedicated to greatness that can only materialise through each step you take.
