  1. Create Your Joyful Space – Choose a peaceful environment where you won't be disturbed. This meditation works best when you can fully focus on awakening and spreading joy without distractions.
  2. Perfect Your Posture – For this meditation, you must be in a sitting position with correct straight spine posture. This will allow you to be relaxed yet alert and help keep your energy channels open and flowing. Ensure your hips are higher than your knees and there is a slight forward tilt in the pelvis. We recommend using a cushion or block to sit up.
  3. Use Headphones (Optional) – For a more immersive experience, consider using headphones to fully absorb the 432 hz frequencies and deepen your connection to the joy practice.
